Karen Roby
Faithfully Fit Director & Nutrition Education Instructor
Karen is passionate about teaching wellness God’s way through biblical principles and practical nutrition education. Through prayer, personal Bible study, and a focus on Genesis 1:29, she began a wellness journey that transformed her understanding of health and stewardship.
She is the author of The Soul Health Connection, attended the Cornell Wellness Certificate program, and is certified through the Vegetarian Mastery Program. Karen continues to study wellness research and has helped others improve and reverse health challenges through disciplined, faith centered nutrition.

Briana Richardson
Licensed Fitness Training Instructor
Briana leads structured workout sessions designed to strengthen the body while encouraging discipline, consistency, and confidence throughout the program.
Bryiana is a certified personal trainer who currently works as an athletic administrator.. During her time as a track athlete she competed all around the country. Bryiana holds a degree in kinesiology from LSU.
Upon completion of her collegiate career, Bryiana immediately launched into the personal training field creating an opportunity to help individuals transform their lives by making lifestyle changes. Over the years Bryiana has developed a transformational and holistic approach to training. Her hope is to continue to give individuals tools to live not only a physically fit life but one that is spiritually fit as well.

Samuel R. Blakes is the founder of the Wisdom Warriors Podcast and the Wisdom Warriors Walkers movement, dedicated to helping individuals grow spiritually, walk intentionally, and live transformed lives.
With a heart for discipleship and practical wisdom, Bishop Samuel guides others through faith-centered conversations and embodied practices that bridge belief with daily action. His mission is simple yet powerful: to walk alongside you as you step into lasting transformation.
